If I could give negative stars I would. We were a one truck show and our truck was in for 5 weeks during our peak season for engine work. $12000 quote ended up being $55000. When we finally got it back with 5 weeks of shop dust, it broke down again the first day on the job. Take your truck somewhere else and never buy international unless you want to lose the shirt off your back. Out of the industry. Thanks diamond.

Do not take your truck here. Brought truck in for diagnostics on a switch pack issue, what should have taken no time at all according to them took 2 hours, wanted the code pulled causing the check engine light on again over an hour to hook up a computer which was already hooked up to get the code and tell me it is the air intake heater grid but requires more diagnostics to determine whether it is the heater or the controle for the heater. When I got out to the truck found the dash was still apart and the switches were hanging by the wiring. Thier explanation was we didn't know you were going to be coming to get the truck yet they had to move it out of the shop for me to take it and I had to wait 45 min to get the truck. All this and they had the audacity to charge almost 550 dollars to bail my truck out from these thieves with a licence

I cannot believe the terrible customer service they are providing brought a truck there for a simple fix they took it upon themselves to replace replace parts before contacting customer for permission then demanded 500 almost $50 for the truck to be released when they didn't even finish putting the dash back together would never recommend anyone wear their private or a company to use this company for servicing

This company is so successful that they don't need any more customers. Our company tried to resolve a customer service issue with the Parts Manager more than a year ago. That incident was addressed. The second time it happened, we received no response. We tried to resolve the issue with our Sales Rep, he no-showed for the meeting and then made an excuse that a message was left (no message was left on any phone in our company). We escalated the issue to arrange a conversation with the VP of Operations only to be brushed off. The $75,000+ a year that we used to spend in parts isn't even worth a conversation to try to remedy the attitudes and service issues that we faced. Extremely disappointed by the entire team in Edmonton.

I purchased a timer heater switch from them, it turned out to be defective. When I went back to return it, they did not give me a refund or exchange. Even the manager did not respond to the calls and made me wait for about 15 mins. I went there on 29 dec at evening, they said to come next day morning at 10:55 and even on 30th in morning, they did not solve my issues, Their service is terrible.
